Change Brightness to Manual

Adaptive brightness is the biggest enemy of smartphone battery life. Adaptive brightness ensures your phone‘s brightness is set to maximum, even when the conditions do not require so. Go to settings, then display and gestures and brightness level. Check off automatic brightness and manually adjust the brightness to fit your style.

2. Disable High Performance Mode

In the hidden developer settings menu, you will find a “High performance Mode”. This mode ensures your HTC One M9 works on maximum processing power all the time. While it will make your smartphone lighting fast, it will drain your HP 593576-001 battery power as quickly as well. It is better to turn it off.

3. Check Background Apps

The first thing to look for if your battery is draining fast is background applications. HTC One M9 has a very deep and comprehensive monitor for battery usage that will display all the applications that use battery life. These apps work even when the screen is turned off. Go to Settings, then Power and enter the Battery usage menu. Swipe three times to enter the “screen off” tab where you’ll see which apps work in the background. Disable the ones that you do not want running in the background. As long as they are not system apps, you will be good.

4. Power Saving Mode

This mode is not extreme power saving, although the HTC One M9 has that as well. The normal power saver is a mode, where you can lower the processor power of your device and disable some features you do not need. To adjust the power saving mode, go to Settings, Power and then Power Saver. The options include reducing the speed of the processor, reducing the brightness, disabling vibrations and much more. If you enable the mode, the One M9 will disable the more powerful four cores of the chipset and the phone will operate with only four cores.

5. Extreme Power Saver Mode

If you are left with just under 18% of HP HSTNN-IB73 Battery juice and you need your smartphone to be operational for calls and text messages, extreme power saving mode will help you. Once you enable the mode, all you can do is make calls, check the clock, use calculator send messages and that is it. No more apps in this mode.

To increase battery life, HTC has increased the battery capacity of its latest flagship: HTC One … Essential tips to extend your HTC One M9 battery lifeRead more

[7,3,5,6
720,936,935
post-1494","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-batteries-technology","category-battery-knowledgebase","category-battery-wiki","category-how-to","tag-hp-593576-001-battery","tag-hp-hstnn-ib73-battery","tag-htc-one-m9-battery-life
["GET
